Description
It opens out with a porch lined by columns and covered by the coat of arms for the order. On the façade, three niches contain the statues of Saint Peter of Alcantara, Saint Anthony of Padua and Saint Francis of Assisi. The inside is decorated in the Baroque style, it has no aisles . At one time, Franz Liszt had retired to the Franciscan monastery. The place where he went to mass is marked on a bench. The frescoes on the ceiling deal with subjects such as the life of the Virgin Mary.
